1. About us
smartsouks.com ("SmartSouks", "we", "us") is an online store based in Beirut, Lebanon. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to give accurate name, phone, address and email details so we can deliver your order.
3. Products and pricing
We try to show every product's details, photos and colours accurately, but colours can look different on screens and packaging can change from the manufacturer. All prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and let you know before it ships.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we contact you or send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the details can't be verified, or we suspect misuse. If you already paid online, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
You can pay cash on delivery or online through our payment provider (currently Whish). For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon only. Delivery times and fees are listed in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, and delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control can happen. Please make sure someone is available at the address and phone number you provide.
7. Returns, refunds and damaged items
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy: return requests within 14 days of delivery, items unused and in their original packaging, with some items excluded. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away.
8. Warranty
Where a product comes with a manufacturer or supplier warranty, that warranty applies under its own terms. Apart from that and any rights you have under Lebanese law, products are sold as described on the product page.
9. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site, for example by placing fake orders, trying to access it without permission, or copying its content. Text, images and branding on smartsouks.com belong to SmartSouks or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SmartSouks is not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
